What it costs

One human mock: £325 to £595 for one sitting
Interboard: £497, one payment, everything above included.
A human mock is one diagnostic hour. This is the rehearsal that happens around it. Your assessor mock tells you where you stand. Your reps decide where you finish.
At this price the set we are honestly in is the full human programme, £600 to £900, which this sits under.
This does not replace a chartered assessor's judgment. If your employer offers you a mock with a real assessor, take it.
One more number belongs in this decision, and it is not ours either. RICS runs 2 UK sittings a year, so a referral is roughly a 6-month wait for the next one. Two published RICS fees alone come to £458 before anything else. The rest of that arithmetic, including the part that is only an estimate, is on the supported assessments page.
Prices checked 20 July 2026 against providers' own published price lists. Ranges rather than quotes: providers differ, and some publish before VAT and some after.

Complete our readiness programme inside your window and, if your final result is a referral, the next window is free. Referred again and so is the one after that. Complete the readiness programme in all 3 and if you are still not chartered, you get the £497 back. It is conditional on our programme, never on your result.
