Everything past those fees is an estimate, and we would rather give you the workings than the number. Counting a delayed pay step as well, one referral works out at roughly £4,000 to £8,500. The fees above, plus a year of the pay step that chartership is claimed to bring.
Two reasons to treat that as an estimate and not a finding. The pay-step claim is the awarding body's own and carries no date. Independent recruiter benchmarks for the same step vary widely. The £458 above is the only part of it we can show you a source for.
